My $2,200.00 Wedding Package Includes:

1. On-location Engagement Portrait Session, and One HD Slideshow Made from Your Favorite Engagement Pictures

You will receive an engagement portrait session at a location of your choice in the greater Cincinnati metro area. I include an on-location engagement session in my wedding package because it makes for better wedding day pictures. It really does. Think about it. Getting you two out on location, not in a studio, but in front of my camera gets you used to being in the ‘spot light’ as well as being posed; it also gives us the chance to interact and to get to know each other much better before your big day.

I know of many scenic, fun locations throughout the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky metro area that I can suggest for your engagement portrait session. However, the best and most romantic locations are always the ones that hold special meaning to you. Locations such as where your first date was, or first kiss, or where you met, or where your proposal took place, etc.

Once your engagement pictures are online I grab your favorites and put together a stunning HD slideshow like the one below, and give it to you on DVD which you can watch on TV or on a computer. Please click the play button below to see the sample.

Unlike what seems to be about 99% of the photographers and videographers out there, I buy the non-exclusive rights to ALL songs played on these slideshow videos. So that means the artist is covered and no copyrights are broken. You have the moral and legal right to play your slideshow anywhere on any medium. …the Golden Rule.

2. Two Photographers for up to 8 Hours - when you book me, it’s me and my second photographer that show up to photograph your wedding, not someone else.

I am not a wedding photography clearing house. I do not subcontract my work. My second photographer has been with me for more than three years and has photographed more than 150 weddings with me. He is a talented photographer that understands my wedding photography vision and concepts.

Together we have one goal in mind - capture the love and romance, the emotions, of your wedding day. While I’m concentrating on the formal poses, my second photographer captures the in-between candid moments. This formula allows me to deliver to you a combination of Traditional, Editorial and Fine Art photography that tells your entire wedding story from the special people to the special moments throughout your entire wedding day. Yes, 8 hours is much more time than you will need, but it eliminates the often used practice of asking for more money at the reception to finish the job when shorter time limits have expired.

Weddings are really all about the pictures…those that delight, those that bring irreplaceable memories back into focus, and those that carry a world of emotions in a single frame.

3. My Live Photobooth

My live Photobooth will make your reception tons of fun! It really will.

During the meal my assistant sets up a professional mini studio with lights and a camera. After all the formal events are complete - cake cutting, first dance, toasts, etc. my assistant opens the Photobooth and personally encourages your family and friends into the Photobooth and shoots as many candid, fun shots of your guests as they would like - often 500+ pictures!

When the Photobooth opens there are usually 20 or more people in line waiting to get their pictures taken for the rest of your reception. Everyone just loves it! And best of all, your family and friends can download their Photobooth pictures for FREE from your online wedding album the Monday after your wedding.

You can share your online wedding album with family and friends so they can easily view your wedding and engagement pictures themselves. Your private, easy-to-use and password-protected online wedding album gives you and your family and friends the ability to view all of your pictures online at everyone’s convenience either as thumbnails, one-at-a-time or in slide shows.

Within five weeks of your wedding, I post all of your edited photos in your very own online wedding album for your viewing enjoyment. Just send whoever you want the link to your FREE online wedding album so your family and friends can share in your enjoyment. Your family and friends will love your online wedding album!

5. One Stunning HD Slideshow Made from Your Favorite Wedding Pictures

Just as with your engagement pictures, once your wedding pictures are posted in your online wedding album, I grab your favorites and put together a stunning HD slideshow like the one below and give it to you on DVD which you can watch on TV or on your computer. 6. FREE Pictures

That’s right – FREE pictures! Each picture presented in your online wedding album is a non-watermarked, 72dpi (low-res), 9X14* image. Each picture can be easily downloaded and saved to your hard drive by you or your friends and family for FREE. Simply right-click any image, rename it whatever you’d like, and save it to your hard drive. It’s as easy as that. Go ahead and try it yourself.

I also offer 300dpi (high-res), 9X14* images for .99¢ each that are downloadable instantly. Each image comes with a copyright release allowing you and your family and friends to cut down on your printing costs by getting the pictures printed anywhere they like, even their own home printer! When we get together I’ll show you how well these .99¢ images printout on my printer.

* My images are 9 ”X14 ” by default. However I crop some to different sizes. This cropping is not standard across all images; some are cropped to various sizes, others are not.

7. High Resolution Copies of Your Pictures

You will receive a memory stick with ALL of your edited wedding images on it. I used to burn DVDs but learned that DVDs with tons of hi-res pictures will slow down even the best systems. Memory sticks are plugged into any USB port and are as fast your internal hard drive. The memory stick can also be removed and taken to any lab anywhere to have prints made - all the way up to 24 X 30 and much larger. (I strongly you suggest you back-up your pictures to your hard drive.)

I include a signed release on your memory stick that you can print as many times as needed allowing you to print your pictures on your home printer or take them to any photo processing place such as Costco or Walgreens. They’re your prints and I do not hold you hostage by forcing you to get your pictures printed through me. If you would like to order your pictures from me, I’ll be glad to help you with your order and personally ensure the finest quality is taken in each step of the process.

Beware of the ‘fake’ DVDs out there. If the DVD or images on it are called ‘viewer’ or ‘proof’ or ‘proof sheet’ or ‘contact’ or by any other name, they usually are DVDs you can’t print from – or at least get good quality prints from.

The images I deliver to you on the memory stick are high-resolution and the images will not have ‘PROOF’ or something else written all over them. You can easily print as many pictures as you’d like for as long as you’d like. If you lose the memory stick, I will burn you a DVD with all your images on it. Or if you give me a memory stick I’ll copy all your pictures over again for free. FYI – I keep copies of your wedding pictures forever so you can always call me if something happens.

You see my only goal is to capture pictures that capture your heart and deliver them to you in a high-res format so that YOU can do whatever you feel like with YOUR pictures.

I have no hidden fees and no hidden agendas; just beautiful wedding photography - it’s not work if you love what you do!!

8. Flexible Payment Plans

Once the retainer fee is made, the remaining balance can be paid off in any manner you wish. I accept credit cards, checks or cash. Just let me know what works best for you.

Let’s take my wedding photography pricing and put it into perspective. Want a vegetable tray at your reception, plan on spending $700. Chair-covers - $850. Chocolate fountain - $1400! And these are just a few examples. However, when the vegetables are gone, the chairs stacked and put away and the chocolate fountain is empty, all that is left are memories. If you take a close look at everything I offer as well as the quality of my work, I think you’ll agree $2,200.00 is one of the best wedding values going in today’s "Credit Crunch" economy!

Proof Album $500

White or black leather bound proof album with your name and wedding date embossed in either silver or gold on the cover. I shoot hundreds of images during an average wedding. Because the album capacity is limited, you may choose any 400 photographs from your wedding to go into your album. (You will still receive all of your images on your DVD.)

Storybook Album $300

Tell the story of your wedding day using this 12” X 15” coffee table book with high-gloss pages showcasing the pictures you choose. It contains 20 pages with 1-12 pictures per page. Brides just love this album; it is by far my best selling album.

The Love Story - $295

Share your love story using pictures and music; from early childhood, to your first date, right on through your engagement. I'll make you a HD movie complete with Dolby digital surround sound from a combination of your pictures and mine that will WOW everyone at your reception. You also receive a digital file of your HD video that is easy to upload to any social networking website like Facebook and MySpace so you can share your love story video with all your friends and family that couldn't attend your reception.

Mother-of-the-bride Album $125

The Mother-of–the-Bride album is a smaller version of the Storybook album. It is 8” X 11” and has 20 pages. This makes a great gift to the mother of the bride!

Guest Book Album $125

The guest book has 20 pages, and ten of the pages are left blank so that your family and friends can write their good wishes to you at your rehearsal dinner and on your wedding day.
