Extremely skilled photographers get better results with digital cameras without adjusting or altering the raw image. Hobbyists usually get better images from digital only after altering the images in PhotoShop, etc. There is a big difference in these two types of photographers. Unfortunately, with the rise in the quality and popularity of digital cameras, there has been a rise in 'weekend wedding photographers'.
Artistic Photoshop work starts with a good quality image and makes it better. It should NOT be used to make a poor image into a better image - the difference is readily apparent when printed.
I deliver technically correct, artistically pleasing images that require no altering. From those good quality images, we can have all kinds of fun. If you or I can dream it up, I can bring it to life in Photoshop!

After you receive your photographs, if you would like any image artistically altered to achieve an effect you're going for, I can do it. Alternatively, you and I can go through your images together looking for the great shots that we could make the most dramatic effect out of. The creative possibilities are endless - the results can be spectacular.
My fee is $95/hr for artistic Photoshop work. As an example, each of the images above took me about one hour to create. So if you had retained my services for those images the bill would have been approximately $95 each (print not included). You would receive the hi-res version for each, which is suitable for printing, burned on a CD. This CD can be taken to any lab anywhere to have prints made - all the way up to 24 X 30. Or you can have me order the prints for you at the rates posted on my pricing page. The amount of time I spend on each project is all based on how creative we get and how long it takes me to bring it to life.
